Stackably Setup Plan Overview

Stackably is a no-contract business management and customer relationship tool.

This Setup Plan Overview explains what is included in the paid Stackably Setup Plan and onboarding process. By checking the agreement box during signup, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

You will have full access to the Stackably features included in your selected plan once your account is active. This document specifically outlines the onboarding and setup services our team will provide so there is clear understanding of what is — and is not — included as part of your setup experience.

Included Setup Services

Our team will complete the following during onboarding:

Customer Import

We will import your customer list if provided.

Files must be submitted in .csv or .xlsx format. Alternatively, you may provide access to your current software and our onboarding team can pull the necessary reports for the transition.

Please Note: We do not transfer customer billing history or appointment history.

Examples of importable customer data include:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Billing Address

  • Notes (if exportable from existing software)

Product Import

We will import your product list including product names, SKUs, and pricing if provided.

Current inventory quantities are not transferred, as inventory levels may change between the time reports are exported and your new account becomes active.

Service Import

We will add your service list including pricing, duration, assigned staff, and related details if provided.

Staff Setup

We will add your staff members and configure basic permissions.

Online Features

If included in your plan, we will enable features such as:

  • Online booking

  • Online store

  • Checkout tools

  • Customer app access

Training will be provided on these features during onboarding.

Training

One live onboarding training session with an account specialist is included with your Setup Plan (up to 30 minutes).

Additional training sessions may be available for purchase. Pricing is subject to change.

You will also receive setup guidance, tutorials, and access to chat, email, and phone support during onboarding.

Important Notes

  • Files provided for imports must be in a clean and usable format

  • We do not manually enter large amounts of data

  • Advanced configurations may need to be completed after onboarding

  • Custom websites, advanced customizations, or special programming are not included unless purchased separately

  • Card data is not transferred automatically. A separate migration process is required for card transfer services and may add approximately 4 weeks to the onboarding timeline. Please speak with your onboarding specialist if this service is needed.

Setup Timeline

Setup typically takes approximately 2 weeks after payment has been completed and all required files have been received.

Timeline may vary depending on how quickly the necessary information is provided to our onboarding team.

You will receive access to your software account within 1 business day after signup, and our team will contact you to schedule your onboarding/setup call.

Acknowledgement

By checking the agreement box during signup, you confirm that:

  • You understand what is included in the Setup Plan

  • You understand that services not specifically listed above are not included

  • You understand onboarding timelines may vary based on provided information

  • You are ready to proceed with the Stackably Setup Plan
